Destiny awaits Bianca and Lucas...

Bianca and Lucas have always believed they could endure anything to be together. When a twist of fate not only transforms Bianca into a wraith but also turns Lucas into a vampire—the very creature he spent his life hunting—they are left reeling.

Haunted by his powerful need to kill, Lucas can turn to only one place for help…Evernight Academy. Bianca is determined to remain with him. But with the vampire leader of Evernight waging a war against wraiths, her former home has become the most dangerous place she could be, despite the new powers her ghostly transformation has given her.

A battle between wraiths and vampires looms, and Bianca and Lucas face a terrifying new reality. They've overcome every obstacle life has thrown at them, but is their love strong enough to survive the challenges after life?

The Evernight series by Claudia Gray has come to an end. Sad, sad day.

I remember when I first read Evernight and got thrown with that excellent twist. Gray got me gooood! I just fell for Lucas…and Balthazar!! This is one pair of guys I had a hard time choosing between. I’m really excited that Balthazar is getting his own book! Cannot wait to read it!

After that I could not get my hands on Stargazer fast enough. I was reading it on Christmas Eve because I recall not wanting to go to our family dinner, I wanted to stay home and keep reading! When Hourglass was released I couldn’t read it fast enough, wanting to know what happened next. Hourglass made me cry.

Now Afterlife. It was the most perfect ending to this series. It didn’t even really feel like it was a final book, which surprised me. It didn’t have a tone of finality throughout it like other series conclusions. It kept the romance, comedy and action that the other books have. I was really happy with all the character’s fates and outcomes.

Bianca and Lucas have one of my favorites relationships and I am glad they get their HEA, as unconventional as it is. This is one of the most satisfying finales I’ve read.

Now…GIVEAWAY!!

I have the first two books in this series, Evernight and Stargazer, to give away!
I bought them in hardback to match the rest of the series and decided to give the paperback copies away to someone who maybe’s been interested in reading this series.

“There aren’t words for this! I would’ve died for her. I tried to. I failed. I hate myself for it, and if I could take it back I would, but…but…” His voice choked on a sob.”
